A talented onboard chef prepares delicious Mediterranean-inspired cuisine using fresh regional Croatian ingredients. Guests may also enjoy a wide selection of local wines, cocktails, and beverages available for purchase to complement each meal.

  • After lunch, guests enjoy free time to relax and experience the beauty of the Adriatic:

  • Snorkeling, paddleboarding, and water activities

Begin the week by connecting with fellow participants and Mariel in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Share your intentions for the journey ahead and get to know the community that will accompany you throughout the week. This opening gathering sets the foundation for meaningful connection, personal reflection, and transformation. Together, we will create a supportive space where authenticity, curiosity, and growth can flourish.

 

DAY TWO: Coming Home to Yourself

Remembering Who You Truly Are

 

Many of us spend years disconnected from our authentic selves as we navigate expectations, responsibilities, and life’s challenges. In this session, Mariel explores how we lose connection with our essential nature and what it means to return home to ourselves.

Participants will discover practical tools for cultivating self-awareness, authenticity, and inner alignment while learning how to reconnect with the wisdom that resides beneath conditioned beliefs and external pressures.

 

DAY THREE: The Stories That Shape Us – Rewriting the Narrative of Your Life

 

Our lives are shaped by family dynamics, cultural conditioning, personal experiences, and inherited beliefs that often operate beneath conscious awareness. While these stories can define us, they do not have to limit us.

Together, we will explore how our personal narratives influence relationships, choices, self-worth, and emotional well-being. Participants will learn how to identify outdated patterns, release limiting beliefs, and consciously create a new story rooted in truth, resilience, and possibility.

 

DAY FOUR: The Art of Embodiment

The Body as a Pathway to Healing and Transformation

 

True healing extends beyond the mind. The body carries memories, emotions, intuition, and profound wisdom waiting to be heard.

In this session, Mariel shares insights into the transformative power of embodiment and how reconnecting with the body can unlock deeper healing, vitality, and presence. Participants will explore practices that cultivate awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and support greater emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

 

DAY FIVE: Nature as Teacher

As our journey together comes to a close, we gather for an open and heartfelt conversation with Mariel. Together, we will revisit the lessons of authenticity, embodiment, healing, connection, and personal empowerment while exploring ways to integrate these teachings into daily life. DAY EIGHT: Farewell & Disembarkation in Split

 

After a nourishing breakfast, we will gather one final time to share heartfelt goodbyes with our newfound friends and fellow travelers.

As we disembark in Split, we take with us the connections formed, the insights discovered, and the renewed sense of possibility awakened throughout the week. May the lessons of presence, courage, self-compassion, and authenticity continue to guide your path long after the voyage has ended.

Travel Insurance & Cancellation Policy

Given the nature of our overseas cruise events, all expenses—including overseas yacht fees—are required to be paid in full upfront in order to secure bookings. For this reason, all initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We require that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, specifically a Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) policy. This type of coverage helps protect your investment in the event that unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to cancel your trip.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we encourage you to seek a replacement for your spot. Our team will do our best to assist you in this process; however, securing a replacement ultimately remains the responsibility of the participant.
